Si haystack. After walking all the way up the <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?t=p&#038;q=http:%2f%2fwww.tranzoa.net%2falex%2fpictures%2fLittle_Si_geotrack.kmz\">better Mt. Si trail &#8211; from Little Si<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And, it was not agony to turn around!<\/p>\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n<p>Sure, I&#8217;ve been to that top before.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, there&#8217;s really nothing to see there that can&#8217;t be seen from below.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, the sun was going down and I knew that there was a 100% chance I&#8217;d be crawling down the thing in the dark if I went the last 100+ feet.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, I gotta remember to take not 1, but 2 extra shirts on hikes now.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, I didn&#8217;t have a coin to put there.<\/p>\n<p>But none of that counts.<\/p>\n<p>I felt freedom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, I stopped half way up the Mt.
