Go long tin foil! We&#8217;ll need quite a lot of it on our heads to explain why Chase thinks their own check is in &#8220;a foreign currency&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>That all said, it&#8217;s an unremarked wonder that ATM machines can handle a bunch of random checks with little fuss or muss. That technology is yet another modern miracle.
